CEO, Borsa Italiana
Raffaele Jerusalmi has been working for Borsa Italiana since 1998 and became the CEO on the 1st April 2010.
Since 2007 he is a member of the Executive Committee of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and since 2010 he is a Board member of the LSEG.
In addition he also holds a number of other internal senior positions within the Group including Chairman of Elite S.p.A. and Vice Chairmanship of Monte Titoli, MTS and CC&G.
Prior to joining Borsa Italiana, Raffaele was Head of Trading for Italian Fixed Income at Credit Suisse First Boston. Raffaele was also a member of Credit Suisse’s proprietary trading group in London as well as representing Credit Suisse First Boston on the Board of MTS S.p.A.. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was Head of Trading for the fixed income and derivatives divisions at Cimo S.p.A. in Milan.

Since early 2016, she has been Sustainability Specialist for Morningstar in Italy, in charge of leveraging the research on sustainable investments. She sits in Morningstar Global Editorial Board. She has a deep knowledge of asset management industry, mutual funds, ETFs and pension funds. Silano, who joined Morningstar Italy in 2003, graduated in Communication at Torino University. Before joining Morningstar, she worked in Bloomberg. In 2018, she won State Street Press Award.

Simone has over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. In the last decade, Simone has dealt with original multi-asset investment solutions, supported by macro and quantitative research, writing various white papers in this regard. In 2015 he set up the Multiasset division at Anima SGR with the position of Executive Head and Investment Officer, where he launched a new range of global macro funds. Prior to 2011 he was Chief Investment Officer at Amundi SGR part of the Crédit Agricole group, in which he held other prestigious positions as Executive Head of Financial Engineering and Executive Head of Marketing. His career began at Arca SGR (1996) from analyst and bond portfolio manager to Head of sales to Institutional Clients & Head of Products Development. At the end of 2018 he founded Evolutio Srl, a consulting company focused on the world of SMEs. Simone graduated magna cum laude in Mathematics with specialization in Economics and Statistics at the University of Padua, since 2001 CFA Charterholder. Simone has practiced basketball and rugby, passionate about history and philosophy, he taught at the Bicocca University financial and risk management master's degree and was a member of the advisory Board of the Bocconi University master's degree in Risk Management.

Anna Guglielmetti è responsabile delle gestioni patrimoniali per i clienti istituzionali di Credit Suisse Asset Management in Italia e membro del Comitato di Investimento Locale. Si è laureata con 110 e lode in Economia Politica all’Università Bocconi nel febbraio 1984. Dal 1984 al 1986 ha svolto attività accademica e di ricerca presso l’Università Bocconi. Ha iniziato la sua carriera in IBM come Economista e analista per investimenti ed acquisizioni. Dal 1991 gestisce portafogli a reddito fisso e multiasset, prima, presso il Gruppo Fondiaria e, dal 1995, presso Credit Suisse.
